A text box is not really suited for this, it only shows one value so you would have to concatenate all your cells values together which would look messy. Using a list box may be better. Put Excel into design mode and place a listbox on your worksheet, right click and select properties.

You can only reference the cell like that, but if the value of Data!B8 is x you change cell Data!B8 to this: ="Total: "&x, then with your text box selected press F2 key and type: =Data!B8 and press Enter.
Hi there. For some reason on one of my files the illustrations section on the insert tab is greyed out. I also can't insert a text box. This file is not locked or protected in any way. Would anyone know why this could happen?
I can use Insert - Text Box and draw text boxes all day long. But as soon as I start trying to enter text Excel crashes with "Microsoft Excel has stopped working." Interestingly enough, I can delete text from one of my older spreadsheets but as soon as I try typing anything new Excel crashes.
