Whenever we are in the area we visit this waterfall, a very serene area even with the fall at full flow, couple of steps to stream crossing & viewing point need attention, only parking for 2 cars max…Full review by 5913

It's nothing worth travelling to see, but if you happen to be nearby you may aswell take 2mins to have a look. Nothing there other than the waterfall and ford, nowhere to park really.Full review by leec523

There is a little layby just before you arrive at Rutter Falls(about 50 metres away) big enough for a large car or two small ones........look out for the beautiful red squirrels,they are dotted around everywhere.

How close is it to the railway station please?
A:
not too far....about 3 miles or a 10 minutes drive.....the most beautiful place with red squirrels in large numbers....but sadly not enough of the place!!
