A Duke Energy employee is trapped in an elevator about 100 feet up a smoke stack in Rabbit Hash, and emergency crews are responding, officials said Tuesday.

BOONE COUNTY, Ky. (WKRC) - A worker was rescued Tuesday from a Duke Energy power plant in Boone County Tuesday. The worker was trapped in an elevator that runs up the side of a building. Emergency crews were called to the East Bend Station not far from Rabbit Hash in the morning.
