Ex-Barclays boss Jes Staley on Tuesday insisted he was shocked by serial paedophile Jeffrey Epstein's 2019 arrest for sex trafficking, though Britain's Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) said that contradicted his evidence in a separate case.
