Minnesota Twins third baseman Royce Lewis has left their Grapefruit League game against Boston with a leg injury.

Twins third baseman Royce Lewis exited Sunday's spring training game due to a left hamstring strain. He'll get imaging done Monday, the team said, but it wouldn't be a surprise if he's sidelined to start the year.

Injuries have begun to plague the Twins late in camp but the injury to Royce Lewis is the first major one on the position player side.
