A New Zealand born surfer has been killed in a shark attack in Western Australia. Steven Payne, 37 is still missing but presumed dead. He was in the water at a remote beach when the attack happened. Part of the incident was caught on drone footage which apprently showed a shark around a large cloud of blood in the water.

The surfer who was killed by a shark in Western Australia this week would not want to have the animals or the one that fatally bit him to be culled, his heartbroken family say.
