Colleges and universities across the country say the visas of some international students have been revoked in recent days without notice, causing confusion on campuses and panic among students, some of whom have filed lawsuits.

The Trump administration has vowed to cancel the visas of students who protested against the Israel-Hamas war. The tally of terminated visas continues to rise in the Bay Area.

The university said 12 students across its four campuses have had their visas revoked by the federal government. This brings the total number of international college students in Colorado whose visas were revoked to at least 22.
