Police ID off-duty Las Vegas officer involved in fatal Boulder City shooting
Metro identified the officer as 48-year-old Officer Cesar Ibarra on Sunday. He has worked for the police department since 2005 and is assigned to the Homeland Security Division, Airport Bureau.
