COPENHAGEN (Reuters) - Finland and Ukraine have signed a bilateral defence cooperation agreement, Finland's defence ministry said on Thursday. The two countries have agreed to deepen their defence cooperation, including on armaments, exchange of intelligence as well as production of ammunition, the ministry said in a statement.

Finland and Denmark want to increase the countries' defence cooperation, according to Finnish Defence Minister Antti Häkkänen (NCP) and Danish Defence Minister Troels Lund Poulsen. Lund Poulsen, who also serves as Denmark's deputy prime minister, said examples of closer cooperation could mean joint procurements and military exercises.
