King Charles was hospitalized briefly, more than a year after his cancer diagnosis, due to what Buckingham Palace called "temporary side effects" of his treatment.

Buckingham Palace said that Charles experienced “temporary side effects” following treatment on Thursday and was taken to the hospital for observation before returning to his London residence.

King Charles was briefly hospitalized yesterday due to side effects from his ongoing cancer treatment, news which Buckingham Palace (along with media outlets) announced at exactly 9:00 pm (5:00 pm ET) due to an embargo.
