“Landman” is heading out to a small North Texas city to film “roughneck” scenes for season 2. Last week, the Paramount+ series began production on its second season in Fort Worth on TCU’s campus. Dozens of extras, dressed in purple and white, were seen participating in a scenes across several campus locations.

There's good news for Landman fans who haven't recovered from the Season 1 finale and are ready for Season 2 — the show is officially back in production in Texas. Paramount+ announced the news on April 2 with a teaser snapshot of Billy Bob Thornton dressed as Tommy while holding the Episode 201 script.

Filming of the second season of "Landman" is underway in North Texas and you could be an extra in one of the shows.
