For Lisa, a global superstar and one quarter of K-Pop girl group Blackpink, and Tayme Thapthimthong, a British-born Thai actor, joining the cast was a no-brainer. Lisa, whose full name is Lalisa Manoban, plays Mook, a health mentor at the resort, and Thapthimthong plays Gaitok, a security guard at the resort.

Season 1 brought viewers to the White Lotus luxury resort in Hawaii, followed by Season 2 in Italy. Season 3 explores the tropical Thailand island of Ko Samui, starting Feb. 16 (HBO 9 EST/PST, and streaming on Max).

Between Sunday and Monday, the premiere episode pulled in 4.6 million viewers total across all platforms in the U.S., up 90% for the Season 2 premiere in the same time frame, per HBO. The premium cabler also claims that Season 2 of the hit series went on to average 15.5 million viewers, while Season 1 averaged 9.3 million.
