Monster Hunter Wilds has gotten off to a fantastic start, with the game making Capcom history by selling 8 million copies in just three days. In the weeks since its launch, players have started to get to the end of the offerings in the base game — but thankfully, Capcom has some new content coming very soon.

Monster Hunter Wilds is out and off to a roaring start on Steam, already shattering previous records to become the series’ most-played PC launch to date. And that’s all despite one of the lowest Steam review scores of any recent blockbuster, due to optimization, performance issues, and other complaints.
