A plane carrying the former Philippine president from Manila has touched down in the Netherlands. Rodrigo Duterte is expected to face the ICC on charges of crimes against humanity.

The plane bringing former President Rodrigo Duterte to the Netherlands has landed at the Rotterdam The Hague airport. The aircraft landed at 4:54 p.m. in The Hague (11:54 p.m. Philippine time). Duterte is expected to be brought to The Hague Penitentiary Institution or the Scheveningen Prison.
