The Las Vegas Raiders are revamping their front office and coaching staff in the weeks after the end of the regular season. They recently announced that John Spytek would be the team's general manager. On Saturday, the Raiders made it official by sharing an announcement that Pete Carroll would be their new head coach.

Carroll enters his 31st season in the NFL, most recently spending 14 seasons as the Executive V.P. and Head Coach of the Seattle Seahawks.

It’s official: Pete Carroll is the new head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders. The Raiders announced on Saturday afternoon that Carroll has officially become their head coach, a comeback to the NFL after many assumed his head-coaching career was over after he was fired by the Seahawks a year ago.
