Tom Welling, the actor best known for playing Clark Kent on the TV show “Smallville,” was arrested Sunday for DUI, per a TMZ report. Welling, 47, was arrested in an Arby’s parking lot in California. According to the report, his blood alcohol level was at or above 0.08 percent.
