ATLANTA — Gov. Brian Kemp aims to sign the lawsuit reform bill he made his top priority. It passed the senate Friday with most Republicans backing the measure passed by the House Thursday.
The bill passed with the bare minimum of 91 votes after three Democrats broke party ranks to support it. Seven Republicans also voted against it.
