Gauge Franklin and John Dietrich will be sentenced by Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court Judge John Russo on March 6.

John L.G. Dietrich Jr., 70, Leesport, died April 5, 2008, at 9:31 a.m. in Hershey Medical Center, where he had been a patient five days. He was the husband of Marlis (Hertrampf) Dietrich.
