Bravo honcho Andy Cohen’s West Village sanctuary has just taken a $2 million price cut. The fabulously kaleidoscopic assemblage, which took Cohen 21 years to put together, is now asking $12 million — down from its $14 million ask last September.

Andy Cohen has cut $2 million off the price of his NYC pad. The 56-year-old media personality originally listed his sprawling West Village co-op for $14 million in September 2024 with celebrity real estate agent Ryan Serhant from the Netflix series Owning Manhattan.

Andy Cohen seems serious about letting go of his New York duplex, as he’s lowered the asking price by a cool $2 million. According to TMZ, the West Village home has been on the market since September.
