Prince William and Kate Middleton are not expected to attend the British Academy Film Awards, set for February 16, 2025.

"I think William and Kate see George as primus inter pares—first among equals," Phil said. “Obviously he is the most important one. Yes, he is the future King but the way things are going Charlotte and Louis may have major roles in the future. Certainly the royal family will need them as they are getting thin on the ground."

Prince William and Kate Middleton will not attend the 2025 BAFTA Film Awards due to their children's school break. Prince William, BAFTA president, will instead participate in a video presentation and visit the London Screen Academy.
