Congress on Thursday moved an adjournment motion in the Lok Sabha, seeking discussion on the deportations of more than 100 Indian nationals by the United States.

Indian nationals deported from the US for illegal entry claimed they were returned on a military aircraft with their hands and legs cuffed throughout the journey.

The incident took place on the back of fears concerning aviation in the US following back-to-back plane crash incidents in Washington DC and Philadelphia.
