Firefighters responded to a structure fire Tuesday afternoon on Dabneys Road in Raphine that started when a lawnmower caught fire in an outbuilding on the property.

Rodney Dwane Phillips, a Staunton man accused of murder, appeared in Staunton Circuit Court for Day 2 of his second trial.
