A historic Fourth Street building set to be renovated into a hotel likely will receive city tax incentives, but nearby condominium owners expressed concern about several project elements.

The Catalytic Fund, which has backed projects like OneNKY Center, Sparkhaus and Hotel Covington, has brought on a new executive to help manage its growing portfolio in Northern Kentucky.
