Cayuga Community College has announced that the first graduate of its Educational Opportunity Program completed their degree last December.

Those receiving grants from the diocese's Catholic Foundation include St. Jude Thaddeus Parish in San Luis, St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Yuma and Yuma Catholic High School.
