Governor Youngkin has ordered all flags in Virginia to be lowered at half-staff Wednesday, April 16 in honor of the Virginia Tech shooting victims of April 16, 2007.

Gov. Glenn Youngkin has issued a flag order in commemoration of the 32 people who tragically lost their lives in the Virginia Tech mass shooting on April 16, 2005.

Harding connected the two collectors, and after an initial meeting last week, they finalized the deal on Monday.
