The National Weather Service (NWS) confirmed there was a tornado in Spalding County on Monday morning as storms passed through metro Atlanta.

The tornado in Henry County had an EF-0 rating with winds of 75 miles per hour. According to the NWS, the tornado was on the ground for 1.62 miles. It started in Luella in Henry County at 7:48 a.m.
