The St. Joseph County Police Department arrested a man on multiple felony bench warrants on Tuesday morning in the 1200 block of Howard Street in South Bend.

The YSB now operates in a new facility northwest of McKinley Avenue and Hickory Road and serves teens in crisis situations.
