Louisiana State Police officers moved the vigil for victims of the New Year's Day terrorist attack on Bourbon Street to The Presbytère on Jackson Square early Friday morning. The memorial was at the intersection of Bourbon and Canal Streets, where 14 people were killed by Shamsud-Din Jabbar.
