Harvard University has joined the growing list of institutions targeted by the Trump administration for federal funding cuts.

President Trump has set his sights on defunding colleges, singling out some of the world’s wealthiest schools in what critics say is an attack on academic freedom.

Residents in a string of northern states could be in with a chance to see the northern lights on Tuesday night, forecasters say.

Despite spending $31 million, the project has yet to roll out any new technology and is at least $240 million and nine years from completion.
