The 48-year-old man police say shot and killed his sister inside a car near the Katy Freeway last week is now in custody.

HOUSTON - Dawud Parker, 44, has been arrested and charged with the murder of his sister, 48-year-old Alisha Parker. The shooting happened at 1206 Barker Cypress Road just after 9 p.m. on Tuesday.

Dawud Parker is accused of shooting his sister Alisha after she was found dead in a vehicle on Barker Cypress road.
