These lizard-type people who live in the OverWorld are lead by royals, such as Prince Mudeenu and Iflar, the Mipedian Crown Prince. Some have the ability to turn invisible or utilize Warbeasts to do their bidding.

Creatures inherently from the Overworld appear more beast like, or like creatures of the fae. Underworlders are typically more demonic and infernal in appearance. But, it is not a rule.
