At the family camp, founders Terry and Roxanne Forsyth have recreated an 1800s fort and old west town for an unforgettable vacation. Here your family can step back in time, slow down and enjoy spectacular beauty any time of the year while fellowshipping with other Christian families.

Family Camp at Fort Rock is packed with options! Your family may choose to saddle up for a leisurely horseback ride, test your marksmanship at the firing range, hike the Ozark National Forest, or paddle the 5 acre lake.

Directions (From Fayetteville, Arkansas) Go southeast on Hwy 16 for approximately 30 miles. Turn right (south) at Brashears onto Hwy 23 (towards Ozark.) Go a half mile and turn right at the 5th driveway

Everything at Fort Rock—schedules, accommodations and activities intentionally gives your family an opportunity to experience time-tested approaches to family living. Even the low cost is factored into making this a stress-free family getaway.

Family Camp – 3 night, 4 day ($350.00 base cost) On top of the base cost, there are additional costs of $110 per adult (individuals 13 years of age or older), $75 per child (individuals between the ages of 5 and 12 years old) and infant/toddlers (4 years of age or younger) are FREE.

Our trails lead the hiker through remote areas of the Ozark National Forest and feature spectacular mountainous terrain, scenic views, lush upland hardwood forests, unique rock outcroppings, and clear mountain streams.

Your private sleeping quarters are designed to comfortably house families. Each room has rustic hardwood floors, individually controlled heat/air units, 1 bed, 1 to 2 set of bunks, and a ceramic tiled, family-sized bathroom. Fort Rock also offers handicapped facilities complete with ramps leading to the main Dining Hall.
