Property market remains stable but is lagging 2019 – research
The property market was relatively stable in 2024 but continued to lag in transaction volumes when compared with 2019 levels. Analysis from Landmark Information Group suggests Sold Subject to Contract (SSTC) rates were stagnant in the fourth quarter of 2024 (Q4), consistently tracking on average 33% down on 2019 levels for the same quarter.
